Major updates to the MicroXML articles

Hi folks.  Today IBM published updated versions of my introductory articles
on MicroXML

Many changes throughout, but for example based on the current draft in
which namespace are completely banned.

Many changes throughout, and in particular uses James's microxml-js for
code examples rather John's MicroLark.  I'm still hoping John gets a chance
to update MicroLark, and if so I'll try to update and self-publish the
older article version with my MicroLark experiments.

Hope these are handy in spreading the word, and please keep working on
those implementations.
