condolences on the loss of Alan

Alan had a wonderful dry sense of humor that I always admired and
appreciated. He also had this great ability for putting things in proper
perspective, and was a wonder person with whom to bounce around ideas.
My deepest sympathy to the W3C and his family on their loss.
