Chairs,

The Director is pleased to announce the approval of the Media Working 
Group charter:
   https://www.w3.org/2019/05/media-wg-charter.html

This group is chartered until 31 May 2021.

The mission of the Media Working Group is to develop and improve 
client-side media processing and playback features on the Web.

Use the following form to join the group. The form will also instruct 
you how to nominate participants:

The Working Group chairs are Mounir Lamouri (Google) and Jer Noble 
(Apple). The initial Team Contact is François Daoust with 0.2 FTE.

The group plans to have its first face-to-face meeting during TPAC 2019.
