Informal (dynamic) Media Fragments URI discussion

Hi all,

The topic of extending Media Fragments URI by allowing for (i) more than
rectangular shapes for spatial fragments and also (ii) dynamic (moving)
spatial fragments has come up repeatedly in the recent weeks. We want to
profit from the fact that some of us are at WWW 2015 to have an informal
chat about how to get this started formally :-)

For (ii), here are my first thoughts on the topic:

We agreed (with those I could ask) to meet on Thursday, 13:00, at the
MicroSoft™ booth. I have CC'ed the mailing list for full transparency and
to gather comments from those who could not be here.
