I've generated some test builds of Firefox with some support for
temporal media fragments. The builds are available here:

There are Linux (32 and 64 bit), Mac OS X 64 bit and Windows 32 bit
builds. These were automatically generated by our build system and
I've only tried the 64 bit Linux version so hopefully they work. The
page includes a sample video, a list of limitations with the current
implementation and other details.

This should address action 227 assigned to me to provide test builds.
