Do we have a timeline for when the LC document must be finalised? (incidentally, the deliverables at http://www.w3.org/2008/WebVideo/Fragments/wiki/Main_Page#Deliverables aren't deliverables) I thought we needed to publish a LC document after our recent F2F...
