updated parsing code and grammar

Hi,
I updated the JavaCC grammar for mediafragment URI parsing to sync it with 
the current spec (like dropping 'aspect', revising the npt definition).
While I was at it, I took a stab at adding percent-encoding variants 
directly.
It passes all the tests in [1], meaning that it fails for the 'aspect' 
example. If somebody has more tests...
