Naming suggestion: single/dual roundtrip for 2-way/4-way handshake

I was reading section 8, and I noticed that 2-way handshake was  
explained in the preamble as "single roundtrip". This struck me as a  
name that may be better in getting the idea across, with "dual  
roundtrip" then being the obvious candidate for 4-way handshake.
