There are 13 occurences of sourceId in the text now, but only one (the 
one in the constraint definition list) seems normative - the rest are 
examples or text.

There is code out there now using it, but that will have to be updated 
for new constraint structures anyway before it works for spec-compliant 
only browsers, so I think we should bite this bullet and change to deviceId.

Other opinions?
