We decided that the error structure has to be independent from DOM4, 
since DOM4 has promised to remove the corresponding construct, and what 
we should point to instead (if anything) is not yet clear. So the 
reference needs to be informative, not normative.

NotFoundError and AbortError need to be listed in this section too, for 
the above reason.
