you have filed this bug. I am not sure I follow the reasoning.

Do you mean that the UA could at any time (=while in use) exchange the 
source of a MediaStreamTrack for another source?

If that is said, or implied, then I agree it is a problem. But I am not 
sure if it is said - could you give a pointer?
