For DAP, should the current editor's draft of Media Capture API be
redirected there? http://dev.w3.org/2009/dap/camera/Overview-API.html

I think the consensus recorded at TPAC toward converging on getUserMedia
is sufficient to consider the current draft abandoned, but would rather
double check.
