@yellowdoge, thoughts? I do see in [this commit](https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/media/+/41dba5eecb31f0d2b040623f6fa8dafd4f102384) you mentioned "Avoid reset PAN/TILT controls due to Image Capture API not giving access to them (yet)" so it sounds like you're in favor of adding the controls to the spec.
