Re. `MeteringMode` in `MediaTrackSettings` and `MediaTrackCapabilities` not being `DOMString`, I wanted to leave it as a strong type, but since it's the UA that returns these, I guess is not that crucial; I'm looking at you guys for platform consistency here.
