Call for Posters TKE 2012
New frontiers in the constructive symbiosis of terminology and knowledge 
TKE (Terminology and Knowledge Engineering) Conference

TKE2012 will feature posters and hold a poster session. Posters are an 
opportunity for presenting late-breaking results, ongoing research, and 
speculative or embryonic work in progress. Posters are intended for 
authors and participants to engage in discussions about their work and 
obtain feedback from their peers in an informal setting.

Authors should send a two-page paper (PDF, Springer LNCS style) for 
evaluation to tke2012@conference.delicias.dia.fi.upm.es. The paper must 
clearly demonstrate relevance to the topics of interest of TKE 2012. 
Submissions will be evaluated for acceptability by the organizing 
committee. Decisions about acceptance will be based on relevance to TKE, 
originality, significance and clarity. Papers that exceed the given page 
length or do not follow the LNCS guidelines will be rejected without a 

Accepted poster papers will be allocated 2 pages in the conference 
proceedings. In addition to the 2-page submission, accepted poster 
authors will be asked to generate a poster and possible demonstration to 
be displayed in a dedicated poster area and presented during a poster 
session at the conference.

Important Dates
Deadline for submission: 16 March 2012
Notification of acceptance: 30 March 2012
Camera-ready deadline for posters: 20 April 2012

Important Notice
Posters should be sent to: tke2012@conference.delicias.dia.fi.upm.es

Participants with an accepted poster paper must register for the 
conference. They should attend the Poster Session and present and 
discuss the work. The specification of the poster format will be 
provided together with the acceptance notification.
