may be your problem comes from the redirection of my domain name;
try

   http://liris.cnrs.fr/~pchampin/research/mawg/id3/ext-complete.ttl

may be it comes from the content-type, which is not displayed by most 
browsers; I added a .ttl.txt version for each .ttl file. You can try

   http://champin.net/research/mawg/id3/ext-complete.ttl.txt
