typos in the ontology document

Hi all,

I just spotted a few typos in the ontology document, section 7.2
(Correspondence table of the RDF ontology). A big renaming of
attributes, a few weeks back, had not been reflected everywhere.

The following modifications must be done

"(see contributor.identifier)" → "(see contributor.role)"
"(see creator.identifier)" → "(see creator.role)"
"(see relation.identifier)" → "(see relation.type)"
"(see policy.policy)" → "(see policy.type)"
