Not on the Wiki, it is available as HTML at
http://www.w3.org/2008/WebVideo/Annotations/drafts/ontology10/CR/mappings_tested/

Pick your format and just save the HTML file and edit it. Then if you 
don't have write access. Send me the HTML File in attachment.

Either the mapping table is wrong and must be updated (which seems to be 
the case) then let me know what to update in the spec and I will do it, 
if you like. Or the test case is wrong and should be updated accordingly 
to the current mapping table.
