I have published the API doc in WG space. The validator (HTML 4.01 or HTML5 or XHTML) reports a lot of errors. http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2008%2FWebVideo%2FAnnotations%2Fdrafts%2FAPI10%2F2LC%2Fmediaont-api-1.0.html&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=HTML+4.01+Transitional&group=0&user-agent=W3C_Validator%2F1.2 I will update the doc manually to correct these errors. But maybe you could have a look at the doc to see why these errors are there and maybe report to Robin if necessary.
