RE: [AGENDA] Media Annotations WG Teleconf - 2011-01-18

Dear Joakim, all,

The floats were changed to doubles (there are no floats left in the current
draft...)

Additionally, the issue regarding HTML 5 was solved when incorporating the
comment of Robin (see my mail: Re: [todo] Response to your LC Comment -2419
on Media API spec, sent to the mailing list on Monday November first). This
mail was a repost of a previous mail in which I summarized my comments on
Robin's questions.
In this I explained the changes made according to the HTML 5 part (quote):

>> [CP] I have added the proposed sentence to the API document: "User
>> agents that support [HTML5] MUST expose the MediaResource interface
>> on objects that implement HTMLMediaElement." (The most recent version
>> of the API document can be found on:
>>
>> http://dev.w3.org/2008/video/mediaann/mediaont-api-1.0/mediaont-api-1
>> .0.html ). And included the proposed Web IDL statement.

Kind regards,
Chris

Hi Chris,
I hope everything is fine with your new work
We had good progress on today's telecom. We also had Courtney from Apple
joining.

It's very important that we get the two specifications to LC again. This
week we will focus on finishing the Ontology spec, and next week we will
look over the API doc, especially the part about sync/async implementation

I'd like to ask you to have a look at two things when you have time:

1) Change float to double in the API document (ACTION-385)

2) Implement issue from lc 2394 regarding HTML5 - HTMLMediaElement
implements MediaResource (ACTION-397)

Best regards
/Joakim

Dear all,

my regrets for this telco. Due to my new job I will miss the coming
telco's. I will check out the minutes!

Kind regards,
Chris
