Joakim,

I seems Wonsuk messed the tracker Database on 21 Sep 2010, 03:39:41 and
has opened all 300 actions ;-)
Using the en-masse change interface, e.g. the form at the top of
http://www.w3.org/2008/WebVideo/Annotations/track/actions/

For example see the change log at the bottom of
http://www.w3.org/2008/WebVideo/Annotations/track/actions/1?changelog

The system Team has reverted the Data base, as best as they could.
It could be that some Actions are marked "open" and should be "closed"
or Vice versa.

Here is an Action for Wonsuk ;-)
- can you check that Actions closed today during the telecon meeting are
marked as closed in the tracker tool.
- can you check that new Actions created today during the telecon
meeting are created in the tracker tool.

Thanks,

Thierry.
