LC2403, 2417 - check changes to Ontology Document

Hello,
According to my APs 2403 and 2417 I have checked if the resolutions have been implemented.

-- Comment 2403 Ont document:
1) POWDER example added  - DONE!
2) According to WG notes: "Véronique will add a Subtitles example" - NOT DONE!

- comment 2417 Ont document:
1) We will use the proposed refinements for the type then the existing: { (policy:URI|String), (type:String)? }
 becomes { (identifier:URI), (statement:String), (type:String)? }- DONE (but a different order)

2) Also ask them (PLING) to provide an example. - NOT DONE!
