Hi all,

FYI, for the implementation of my test page I used a Javascript Exif reader
(http://www.nihilogic.dk/labs/exif/).

Good to see that the mailing list is buzzing again :)

Kind regards,
Chris

Hi Florian,

I guess we do not need the complexity of Caliph and Emir which has its
strengths in metadata generation.
To extract EXIF one could use the following libraries:
* http://www.exiv2.org/
* http://libexif.sourceforge.net/

(I assume that there are also more available on the Web)

Best regards,

Tobias
