Here are the exact dates of the publication blackout


In light of the March AC meeting schedule (21-23 March) here is the
moratorium for the first part of 2010:

   * 17 March 2010: Deadline for publication requests
                    before moratorium [12pm ET]
   * 18 March: Last publications before moratorium
   * 19 - 24 March: No publications.
   * 25 March: Publications resume.
