Dear all! At the moment, i am facing some problems with my CVS account. I hope that it will be solved soon. Yet, i did a reformulation of the abstract (on the basis of [1]). I will also drop section 1.1 Purpose of the API, because i will merge it into the overall introduction. I will also update section 1.2 & 1.3.
