Hi,

my point was that SKOS does not allow to express *all* the information
that is required to build an API.

A simple example is format/unit conversion. Two properties may be
semantically equivalent, but expressed in different formats or different
units... SKOS does not provide tools to express how to convert from one
format to the other. (e.g. a duration expressed either as an integer
number of second, or in HH:MM:SS.fff format).

(by the way, I have no idea what is the best practice in SKOS, wether
focusing on the semantic level and stating that both properties are
absolutely equivalent, ignoring the syntactical heterogeneity, or
stating that they are merely related...)
