Fwd: *Last Call* Timed Text document (Review by June 30)

Hi all,

Did you see the recent last call for comments on the DFXP draft?

The only section that you should care about is really the Metadata
section. DFXP specifies a very small set of metadata vocabulary that
they think typically should be available for timed text of video
content: http://www.w3.org/TR/2009/WD-ttaf1-dfxp-20090602/#metadata .
These metadata elements can be associated with any part of the DFXP
document and thus provide media annotations in a very detailed manner.

It might be worthwhile having a quick look at these to see if you
agree or disagree with the DFXP default list of elements and also
describe how that works with what you are preparing, i.e. if it is
somewhat compatible.

Regards,
Silvia.

The document is at:

We'll move the draft to Proposed Recommendation after that, so make sure
to comment on this draft before June 30.
