[MAWG] API specification

Hello,

For those like Florian or Felix who are not making holidays, I pose some 
questions in the PDF that I attach about the formalisation of the API 
definition.
I send a sample IDL declaration of the two quintaessential calls, plus 
some questions that up to my knowledge remain open.

Any hint for them?
