Dear Felix,

[I reply to the list because this might be of interest to others, too]

the date of the F2F meeting overlaps with a two-day event which I
co-organize and at which I also have to be present and give a talk.

I still do not know if I could come on Friday to the F2F meeting.

But one question in advance: do you think it is possible to join the F2F
meeting via telephone? Will there be a teleconferencing facility?
