Hi all, due to travel and other work Daniel and me decided to have the next call *11 November 21:00 UTC*. See http://www.w3.org/2008/WebVideo/Annotations/admin Let's progress via mail until then. If the editors have time to make progress on the requirements document we can also publish a first draft without a call, just deciding about publication via mail.
