Lyon Face to Face meeting

Thanks to those of you who filled out the poll, see:

Based upon the results, I proposed we have a full two day meeting, and 
that we adjust the agenda as best we can to allow for the people who 
can't  Monday morning (Carmen and CTIC), and those who can't make all of 
Tuesday (Gaelle and Carmen). We should keep Monday afternoon and Tuesday 
morning for the discussions on the AUI, leaving Monday Morning for work 
on the introductory notes and glossary.  Tuesday PM would be useful for 
follow on discussions and demos. However, I leave the details of the 
agenda to Gerrit and Fabio as our two Chairs.
