Hi Peter, well right now its 11 Eastern Daylight Time so if you want the meeting in an hour thats 12 Eastern Daylight time / 9AM Pacific Daylight time.  I have another meeting at that time so I won’t be able to attend.  Kevin and I was just in the room alone.
In these cases its best to just go with UTC and let everyone figure out their own time.  so that would be at 16:00 UTC.
