[math-on-web] change of schedule for Nov 2016

Hi everyone,

For the next meeting, we should deviate from our usual schedule to avoid
meeting on US Thanksgiving.

I would propose to skip a week and meet

*December 1, 2016, 6pm UTC*

As discussed yesterday (see the minutes), sub groups should meet
independently (scheduled separately).
