focus-visible CSS pseudo class

Group, please check out the focus visible pseudo class discussion and comment as to the impact on users with low vision.
https://github.com/WICG/focus-visible/issues/128

Personally I often use the mouse to click or click and drag off of something and then expect to have visual keyboard focus there that I can follow. It comes back after a tab or shift+tab or arrow press. This could go away and reduce support for concurrent input mechanisms. I would support the browser option to always have it visible - but that only works if browsers also add that option.
