Hi LVTF folks,
I've been refining the inputs from the Overview of Low Vision wiki page into the User Requirements doc. The latest draft is here:

It's also now linked from the top of the LVTF main wiki page.
The main change from the wiki is that the "Functional Limitations" section is split into two new sections, "Visual Impairments" and "Functional Vision", and some of the info is under the "User Needs" section. The info is also trimmed to cover the salient points succinctly.
It still needs a lot of polishing and some holes filled, which I will be working on. Feel free to submit GitHub pull requests with edits!
For now I think it'd be good for us to think about the document overall and consider the organization, level of detail, etc.
