Thanks for bringing this up.
Contrast (Minimum): The visual presentation of images and icons that convey
information have a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1
This is a useful and important SC. I will add it to the SCs in the
template.
I do not think that it is ready for WCAG review. This is not mentioned in
the Requirements document and we don't have a user need. Before we bring it
to WCAG the LVTF should discuss it and update the relevant documents.
I will add it to the agenda for Thursday.
