Call for workshops and tutorials
============================================================

KGSWC is a new conference to bring together researchers interested in
knowledge graphs,
Semantic Web and Linked Data, from industry and academia. KGSWC welcomes
participation
of researchers from different areas, including artificial intelligence,
databases,
natural language processing, machine/deep learning, human computer
interaction, information
retrieval, web science, etc., who investigate, develop and use novel
methods and technologies
for accessing, interpreting and using information on the web in a more
effective way.

In addition to the regular research programme, KGSWC’19 will feature
tutorial and workshop programs
addressing the diverse interests of its audience. We hereby invite you to
submit a workshop or tutorial
proposal on a research topic relevant to the KGSWC 2019 audience.

REVIEW CRITERIA
---------------------------
Acceptance decisions will be made on the basis of the overall quality of
the proposal
and its appeal to a reasonable fraction of the KGSWC community. Workshop
and tutorial
proposals should satisfy the following criteria:

- The research topic falls within the general scope of the conference,
- focuses on a specific technology, problem or application,
- is relevant to sufficiently large group of conference attendees.

Example tutorial topics include: general introductions to Knowledge Graphs
or Semantic Web;
introductions to specific knowledge graph or Semantic Web systems,
technologies and trends;
emerging trends to integrate knowledge graph and Semantic Web with
statistical methods.
Workshop proposals on novel or established topics are welcome.
