Request for information related to Semantic Web

I am a researcher pursuing my research in india in http://vtu.ac.in/
 university.

I am pursuing research in semantic web domain. My Problem Statement is
"*ontology
based fuzzy classification of multimedia for efficient retrieval"*.

I have been referring https://www.w3.org <https://www.w3.org/> and
documents related to the site and I am thankful to you for providing
valuable information.

I have done some literature survey but i could not get the clear idea for
below given questions,

[1] How do i and add low level features of an image to an ontology schema
using a tool [http://protege.stanford.edu/] or *any* tool.

[2] How to add a classification or clustering algorithm to an ontology.

As a beginner, i request for your valuable and kind suggestion.
