State-of-the-art in OWL Reasoning Benchmarks

Hi,

For our ongoing research, we need to benchmark data with complex
ontologies. Some of the potential candidates are  LUBM [1], UOBM [2],  and
[3]. Unfortunately, the data generator is only publicly available for LUBM
and we are not able to reach the corresponding authors of [2] and [3].
Could you please update us with any recent OWL benchmark (e.g, containing
OWL Lite, OWL DL, OWL2 constructs etc.) or provide links to the data
generator of [2], and [3]. Thanks
