As an addition, since it is not listed at
http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/wiki/SKOS/Datasets, you can request a free
licence for a SKOS-XL version of Eurovoc, the European Commission
Thesaurus, in 22 languages, at http://eurovoc.europa.eu. Pretty detailled
and using all the advanced features of SKOS-XL.
