We cleanse data by discussing it, as per this conversation :-)

We'll clean out DBpedia and send out a notice once completed.

As the RWW aspect of LOD takes shape (via Data Wiki prevalence) dealing 
with these matters will be much more fluid. Remember, WebID provides the 
basis for high fidelity ACLs that are crucial to the kind of Data Wiki 
many of us have in mind re. Linked Data.
