New batch of PivotViewer demos covering:

1. PivotViewer Pages generated dynamically from Virtuoso SPARQL
endpoints that support SPARQL-FED
2. Use of SPARQL-FED to issue queries across SPARQL endpoints (just as
you would re. distributed SQL across disparate RDBMS data sources via
ODBC or JDBC Data Source Names using Virtuoso) .

1. http://uriburner.com/c/DNEPPS -- PivotViewer showing Schools
(Data.Gov.UK) sorted by Postcode as default view using default RDF imagte
2. http://uriburner.com/c/DNDJ4J -- ditto sorted by Town with different
default image (by referencing a random image URL in SPARQL pattern)
3. http://www.delicious.com/kidehen/sparql_fed_demo -- SPARQL-FED demo
4. http://www.delicious.com/kidehen/pivot_collection_app -- SPARQL,
Linked Data, and PivotViewer demo collection .
