I suggest the Flying Saucer may suit.
I was there this evening, during a local beerfest and they coped with a huge
number of people.
I also found that they have quite an interesting selection of beers and
plaid belts, but that is incidental to their ability to deal with an influx
of people interested in Linked Data which would clearly be greater than the
population of North Carolina who are interested in drinking beers.
