Here's a sample SPARQL query for the CKAN store, showing packages with
the 'health' tag:

PREFIX dc: <http://purl.org/dc/terms/>

 { ?x foaf:isPrimaryTopicOf ?name .
  ?x dc:subject "health" }

My previous post gives a de-referencable URI for the records in the
store -  is this what you're after? Do let us know what you are trying
