DBpedia via the Faceted Search & Find UI - 
http://dbpedia.org/fct/rdfdesc/usage.vsp?g=http%3A%2F%2Fdbpedia.org%2Fresource%2FTwin_Peaks&tp=3 
(which reveals the co-refs).

Using HTTP URIs from either space goes a long way to solving this matter.
