INSPIRE Conf (was Re: Geo Data on the Web Working Group Charter)

Those going to Aalborg in a week's time* might like to join Bart and 
Athina from OGC, me and others, to reflect on the March workshop and to 
try and flesh out that WG charter a little more. Our workshop is on the

*I'm using the coordinate reference system of today being a Saturday. 
Mentally, this week isn't quite over so I don't mean next week, I mean 
the week after but I'll be leaving for Aalborg in 8 days' time, which is 
roughly a week so that's how I think of it. Other coordinate reference 
systems are available.
