Wanting to refer back to comments submitted about RDA during a comment period, I was surprised to find that [1] is no longer available, and the Wayback Machine says "We're sorry, access to http://www.collectionscanada.gc.ca/jsc/docs/5rda-fulldraft-chairfolup6.pdf has been blocked by the site owner via robots.txt." I know these comments (and perhaps others) were available publicly last year. Have comments on RDA been withdrawn from the public Web generally? Are they referencable, or are they considered to be internal documents? Or have they simply been moved somewhere else? Does anyone on this list happen to know?
