Yes, that's right. The DC part was somewhat arbitrary; I was trying to  
provide a connection between RDA and a wider metadata space, and in  
the meanwhile ran into other problems.

But at some point we will want to contemplate the relationship between  
rdavocab:title and dcterms:title, I'll wager.
