Subtree split of the JSON-LD tests

Hi all,

as discussed in the last telecon. I've created a subtree split of the
JSON-LD tests to make the retrieval of just the tests more efficient. You
can find the repository at

  https://github.com/json-ld/tests

Since I've tagged the CR test suite a while ago, there's also a "GitHub
release" at [1] where you can download the CR test suite as a ZIP file. All
the other tags are ignored at the moment since they are irrelevant for the
test suite.

I decided to just include the tests directory instead of including the whole
test-suite [2] directory since there's quite some other unrelated stuff in
there.
