I saw a fair amount of discussion on changes we need to make to the specs, particularly the API spec[1]. I did actually do through and split out framing/flattening into a separate doc [2]. I've Al's done a fair amount of alignment with RDF Concepts. Regarding an abstract description of the RDF conversion algorithms, I agree that they could benefit from a narrative description, and I'd be happy to attempt this. As for a mathematical representation, I'm not sure how I'd go about doing this. If someone were interested, we could consider adding that in too.
